Seriously, working on a new project is such a torture to begin with. This is just the start of the new project and I am almost feeling drained off almost every day. Extending the stay till 9 plus before I actually get myself out from my chair and off I go. Don't really get why I had so many tasks to begin with, and also I have almost double times the amount of work than the other junior who worked on the same project with me. Is it because of the salary? Is it because I am too slacked or just something else that I am not supposed to know? Why the unbalance workload?
